FINANCE OFFICER (p/t)

Ludus Dance is a nationally renowned Dance Company specialising in creating dance for young people, families and audiences who are new to dance. We also have a thriving Dance Development department which works within community settings and schools throughout Lancashire and the North West. We have also developed a strong programme of regular, weekly community dance classes and weekend projects at our studio in Lancaster.

We are now seeking an experienced Finance Officer. Your role will be to develop and maintain financial systems, monitor the Company’s overall financial position with the Director, contribute towards setting budgets, general book-keeping, update cash flow forecasts & submit financial reports to funders and prepare year end accounts ready for audit.

Ideally you will have experience of computerised book-keeping systems such as QuickBooks and/or Sage or similar and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate will be part of a friendly and supportive team and ideally starting ASAP.
